The webpage will currently display based on the language and currency you choose. After selecting the quantity you wish to purchase, you can either add it to your shopping cart or proceed to checkout.

三、Log in or Join as a Member

If you are already logged in as a member, you can skip this step. Please log in or join as a member to proceed with your purchase. You can view all your purchase orders and their shipping statuses in your member profile.

四、Choose Your Delivery Country

Please refer to the following steps to select the country/region where you expect to receive your order:

Step 1: Select Oversea Country

Step 2: Choose the Shipping Method corresponding to your country

Ex: [DHL]-[5] UNITED STATES, CANADA

If you cannot find your country/region, you can refer to the DHL Area table and select the region number that matches the example in the Shipping Method.

Step 3: Select your payment method

五、Fill in Billing Information

If you are a customer outside of Taiwan, we apologize for not sending invoices. However, due to the limitations of the website system, we still need you to fill in the relevant information. The information in the Billing Information section is meaningless.

六、Fill in Delivery Address

Please fill in your shipping information correctly, otherwise it may affect the smooth delivery by DHL. The country/region selection here will correspond to the country/region of the Shipping Method you selected earlier.Once you have confirmed that all the information is filled in, you can click the Pay Now button to proceed with the payment.

七、Congratulations, you have successfully completed your purchase.

八、Check your order history

You can click on the icon in the upper right corner and select My Orders to view your order history. You can click on View Status to view detailed information about each order.

九、Order Shipping Status

As this is a pre-order item, it is expected to be completed in 2024.Q3. When the product enters the packaging process, you will see a change in the product status. When the product starts to be delivered by DHL, you will receive another email notification from us, and you can also use the logistics tracking number in your order to enter the DHL official website and check the most up-to-date delivery status of the product.
